Non-Residential or Business Addresses
APO/ DPO Addresses – We do not ship oversized items, heavy items, electric items, and large framed prints to APO/DPO addresses. Please contact us at giftshop@stratfordhall.org for any further assistance or questions.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii - All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii include the standard shipping charge plus an extra $25.00 shipping fee.
Returns/Exchanges
The Stratford Hall Gift Shop offers unique gifts and souvenirs; we want you to be happy to own them and enjoy giving them as gifts to others.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of purchasing.
Item(s) must be returned unused, in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.
Some large and fragile items, such as furniture, frames and other items may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be returned in original condition.

Damaged Shipments
In the case that your shipment is damaged in transit, the Gift Shop can arrange prompt returns and replacements.
Damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving. Should your order arrive damaged, please photograph any package damages before opening the box, as the shipper may require photographs to file a claim. After a claim is filed, we will do our best to send a replacement out as soon as possible.

We always advise adding an email address at order checkout; This way, after placing an order online you will receive an email of payment confirmation and tracking number for the shipment later.
Back Ordered Items
Occasionally an item ordered online may be placed on back order.
